Inside Sales / Telesales Executive – Work From Home


Job Role: Inside Sales / Telesales Executive


Work Mode: Work From Home

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and understand their requirements.
  • Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions.
  • Convince customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
  • Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good English communication is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable handling customers over calls.
  • Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Customer Service is an added advantage.
  • Work From Home setup is mandatory: Candidate must have a laptop/desktop, stable Wi-Fi/internet connection, and power backup.
