Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing Realesate sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, pitching our offerings over the phone. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, exceptional negotiation capabilities, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.


  • Lead Qualification: Call prospective buyers, investors, and past inquiries from databases to identify their specific property requirements, budget, and timeline.
  • Property Pitching: Present residential or commercial projects convincingly over the phone, highlighting key USPs like location, amenities, pricing plans, and ROI potential.
  • Scheduling Site Visits: Convert telephonic interest into confirmed site visits, project walkthroughs, or face-to-face meetings with Field Property Consultants.
  • Inbound Lead Nurturing: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries generated from digital marketing campaigns, property portals and social media advertisements.
  • Database & CRM Upkeep: Log call dispositions, customer requirements, follow-up dates, and appointment details accurately within the Real Estate CRM system.

Requirements and Qualifications


  • Education: Minimum 12th Or Diploma required .
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, ideally within Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills to handle affluent clients and property investors.
  • Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to handle pricing objections, overcome hesitation, and confidently pitch high-ticket investments.
