Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

* Explain company products/services clearly and effectively

* Generate leads and convert prospects into sales

* Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication

* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

* Maintain daily call reports and sales records

* Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Required Skills:

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Strong sales and negotiation abilities

* Basic computer knowledge

* Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

* Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO sales process

* Immediate joiners preferred

* Candidates located in or near Bengaluru preferred

* Candidates with their own laptop will be given preference
