Job Description
We are Income N Filing, a GST, income tax and accounting firm. We are hiring a full-time Telecaller for our Bengaluru team.
Currently work from home. We plan to open an office in Marathahalli, Bengaluru later, and the role may then become hybrid.
Work:
- Call business owners and startups on the data we provide and explain our GST, income tax, ROC and accounting services
- Minimum 2 hours of talk time every day
- Follow up with interested clients on WhatsApp and email
- Update call details in the CRM / sheet daily; calls will be recorded for training and quality
Timing:
- Full-time, 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday
Salary:
- 15 days paid training (Rs. 3,000 for the training period)
- Rs. 13,000 fixed per month after training + incentive on every sale
Requirements:
- Must speak English and Hindi fluently; Kannada is a strong plus
- Able to write clear emails in English and use WhatsApp
- Own smartphone and SIM, and a quiet place to make calls at home
- Freshers welcome, training will be given
