About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to connect with beauty salons and service professionals, drive onboarding, and support supply growth across locations.

Candidates with prior experience in the beauty and salon industry, particularly those who have worked with beauty salon brands, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to beauty salons and beauty service professionals to drive onboarding and engagement.

Explain the platform's offerings, benefits, and onboarding process to potential partners.

Follow up with leads and convert interested prospects into active partners.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status in the tracker/CRM.

Coordinate with city operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.

Achieve daily and monthly calling, conversion, and onboarding targets.

Gather feedback from salon partners and share relevant insights with the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or business development.

Experience working with beauty salons, salon chains, or beauty service brands will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage with business owners and build relationships over calls.

Good follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Comfortable working with basic spreadsheets and CRM tools.

Target-oriented approach with the ability to manage high-volume calling.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have worked with beauty salon brands, beauty marketplaces, or salon aggregators.

Experience in calling salon owners, beauty professionals, or service providers.

Familiarity with the beauty and personal care industry.

Candidates with experience in onboarding or activating service partners.
