• 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain Club Mahindra holiday membership benefits and generate customer interest.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up with interested customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

• ✅ Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude with strong convincing skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented.
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or BPO is preferred.
