Telecalling Executive

**Working Hours:

10.00 am - 08.00 pm

Any weekday between Tue - Thurs of candidate preference will be given as a holiday

**Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Telecaller to handle incoming enquiries, assist potential tenants, and support existing residents. The role involves providing accurate information about our PG facilities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth communication through CRM, calls and WhatsApp.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries about room availability, pricing, facilities, and location

* Guide potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings

* Handle resident complaints and coordinate with the operations team for resolution

* Send details, photos, and location via WhatsApp to leads

* Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to close bookings

* Record and update lead details, customer interactions, and complaints

* Ensure polite, professional, and prompt communication at all times

* Handle the ladies PG

**Requirements:**

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada. Other regional languages are a plus.

* Basic awareness of South Bangalore location to guide customers

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and calling etiquette

* Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently

* Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

* Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred
