Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain loan products and financial services clearly
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with sales and credit teams for application processing

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling tools
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support
• Experience in NBFC, banking, or fintech sector

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month + PF
