Roles & Responsibilites of Telecollection

1) Contact customers to collect outstanding payments.

2) Negotiate payment arrangements and schedules with customers.

3) Resolve billing issues and reconcile accounts.

4) Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.

5) Meet or exceed collection objectives.

6) Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.

7) Adhere to all compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements
