Telecalling Executive

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and cold-call potential clients, including architects, interior designers, corporate project managers, and residential property buyers, to pitch modular furniture solutions.

Client Consultation: Make outbound calls to understand client requirements (e.g., workstations, cabins, modular kitchens, wardrobes) and introduce company product offerings and material USPs.

Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and book qualified face-to-face consultation meetings, showroom visits, or site-measurement appointments for the field sales and design teams.

Lead Qualification & CRM Tracking: Screen incoming inquiries to filter out high-potential leads, and meticulously maintain up-to-date call logs, client preferences, and pipeline statuses in the CRM.

Design & Quote Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client and the in-house design team to ensure initial 2D/3D layouts and quotations are accurately prepared and shared back with the prospect.

Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm leads and nurture long-term professional relationships with B2B partners like interior design firms and builders to secure recurring project orders.
