Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Recovery

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle debt recovery and collection activities. The candidate will contact customers through phone calls, remind them about pending payments, and assist them in resolving overdue accounts. The role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

Explain outstanding dues and payment options.

Follow up regularly on pending accounts.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Coordinate with the recovery team and update payment status.

Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery procedures.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customers professionally.

Prior telecalling or collection experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
