Job Overview -

Dynamic Consultation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telecaller Executives for our Healthcare Recruitment division. The role involves calling doctors and medical professionals to inform them about job opportunities, career growth options, and hospital requirements across India. You will act as a bridge between doctors seeking opportunities and hospitals looking for talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors, specialists, and medical professionals
• Inform doctors about job openings in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
• Understand doctor’s current job status, specialization, experience, and job preferences
• Convince and guide doctors for job change or better career opportunities
• Share job details: salary, location, role, hospital profile, timings, and benefits
• Schedule interviews between doctors and hospitals
• Maintain proper records of calls and candidate data in CRM/Excel
• Follow up regularly with doctors until interview and joining closure
• Achieve daily calling targets and hiring conversions
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and hospital HR teams

Eligibility Criteria :

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma (Medical background is a plus)

Experience: 1-3 years experience in telecalling / healthcare Industry calling preferred

Language Requirements

• Good communication in English
• Kannada (preferred for local coordination)

Skills Required

Strong communication & convincing ability

• Confidence in speaking with professionals (Doctors)
• Basic understanding of healthcare roles (MBBS, MD, BDS, etc.) – preferred
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools) Target-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in medical recruitment / doctor hiring / healthcare telecalling
• Ability to handle high-value professional conversations
• Patient, professional, and persuasive communication style
• Willingness to learn about different medical specializations & hospital roles

Working Details

• Day Shift
• 6 Days Working / 1 Weekly Off

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed salary (based on experience) Start from: 15000-30000*
