Telecalling Executive

Cradlewell is looking for a Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to connect with expecting and new parents, explain our postnatal and newborn care services, follow up on inquiries, schedule consultations, and convert leads into customers.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing WhatsApp conversations, updating CRM records, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, be comfortable speaking with families, and possess a customer-first attitude.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
