Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Banking Process (150+ Openings)📍 Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

• Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer queries for the banking process.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
• Follow company policies and banking compliance guidelines.
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–5 Years) can apply.
• Age: 18–30 Years.
• Good communication skills in English along with any one regional language.
• Language Requirements (Any One):English + Tamil
• English + Malayalam
• English + Telugu
• Shift Timings:Female Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour rotational shift)
• Male Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (9-hour rotational shift)
• Working Days:6 Days Working
• 1 Rotational Week Off
• Versant Requirement:Versant Level 4 is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:For Tamil & Telugu Language Candidates

• ₹20,000 CTC
• ₹16,000 Take Home
• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)

For Malayalam Language Candidates

• ₹20,000 CTC
• ₹16,000 Take Home
• Language Allowance: ₹1,800
• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)
