Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer through phone calls, other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate complex issues when required.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for sales and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, payments, and customer requirements.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the management.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and service standards.
