🚀 We're Hiring | Presales Executive / Telecaller

Monarc Space is looking for energetic and result-oriented Presales Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with inbound leads.

• Understand customer requirements and explain project details.

• Qualify prospects and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.

• Update lead status accurately in the CRM.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Excellent communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)

✔ Experience in real estate presales is an advantage

✔ Strong convincing and follow-up skills

✔ Target-driven and customer-focused attitude
