Job Description – Telecalling Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services to potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
