Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Update CRM systems with customer details and call outcomes.
