Job Description

As a Telecalling Executive at Estatesquad, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers and investors. Your goal is to bridge the gap between initial interest and a confirmed site visit, providing professional guidance on luxury and mid-range properties across Bangalore.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases to introduce Estatesquad’s property portfolio (villas, apartments, and plots).
  • Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements (budget, location, and timeline) and filter high-potential leads for the Sales/Relationship Managers.
  • Project Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of major projects (e.g., Godrej, Prestige, Brigade, and Sobha) to answer client queries accurately.
  • Site Visit Coordination: Persuade potential leads to visit project sites and coordinate schedules with the field sales team.
  • CRM Management: Systematically update and maintain the CRM database with detailed call logs, client feedback, and follow-up reminders.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups, ensuring Estatesquad remains their primary choice for real estate.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (Real Estate experience is a significant plus).
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Kannada (Fluency in Hindi or other regional languages is highly desirable).
  • Soft Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and a professional phone etiquette.
  • Technical: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using CRM software.
