Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to landowners, brokers, and agents to identify potential land parcels.
• Explain the company's land acquisition process, requirements, and benefits.
• Collect and update information related to land size, location, ownership, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with field executives and acquisition managers to schedule site visits and meetings.
• Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
