Telecaller Telugu/Hindi

I run a software company that sells an Android app to fertilizer retailers across India. Looking for someone to join me full-time in Bangalore to handle marketing calls, incoming customer support calls, and general assistance.

What the job involves:

Our retailers are mostly from villages — some not very educated. They need patience and a calm voice. They call us when they can't install the app, when something stops working, or just when they're confused. You listen, you help, you solve.

One thing to know upfront: our app works alongside a government fingerprint app used to verify farmers. That fingerprint app is the #1 source of problems — devices not compatible, app crashing, OTPs not coming. You'll need to learn how to troubleshoot these too. It's not hard, but it's not simple either.

What I need:

• Fluent Telugu and Hindi (must — our retailers are from AP/Telangana and Hindi-speaking states)
• Patient, clear communicator on calls
• Comfortable with Android phones and basic troubleshooting
• Someone who shows up and takes ownership

Details:

• Full-time, in-person at a co-working space in Mahadevapura, Bangalore
• 9 AM to 5 PM, 6 days a week
• ₹15,000/month to start + performance bonus
• This begins as a trial — if calls convert and customers are happy, the role continues and the pay goes up. I won't waste your time if it's not working, and I expect the same in return.
