Job Description
Call customers who have shown interest in car loans.
Explain car loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and required documents.
Generate and qualify leads for new and used car loans.
Follow up with customers until the loan process is completed.
Collect customer documents and coordinate with the sales and loan processing team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and loan conversion targets.
