Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls with clients professionally

Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships

Explain company services and schedule appointments

Maintain and update customer databases and records

Manage Excel sheets, CRM entries, and documentation

Verify and organize client information accurately

Coordinate with internal teams regarding leads and applications

Prepare daily reports and data updates

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Telecalling or customer support experience preferred

Strong data entry and record management skills

Ability to work under targets and deadlines
