Telecaller Outbound

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

 Explain products and services to customers in a clear and professional

manner.

 Generate leads and maintain customer interest through effective

communication.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.

 Update customer information and call status in the system.

 Follow up with customers as per the assigned database.

 Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and lead management.

 Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining quality standards.

 Prepare and maintain basic reports using Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Graduate from any discipline.

 Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

 Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will

have an added advantage.

 Proficiency in English and Kannada is preferred.

 Basic Excel knowledge is mandatory.

 Good listening, convincing, and relationship-building skills.

 Immediate joiners will be preferred.
