Job Title: Debt Recovery Executive

🧾 Job Summary

We are hiring Collection Executives responsible for handling overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery through effective communication with customers. The role requires strong follow-up skills and basic negotiation ability.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders

Follow up on overdue accounts (as per assigned collection bucket)

Negotiate and convince customers to clear outstanding dues

Maintain call records and update status in the system

Handle customer queries related to payments

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

Coordinate with team leaders for escalations

👤 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

Experience: Fresher & experienced both can apply

Languages: Hindi + Manageable English

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 CTC

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Rotational
