Outbound Sales Associate (Cold Calling & Outreach)

Location: Bangalore — full-time, office

Take-home: ₹18,000–20,000/month fixed — reviewed and increased based on performance

Performance pay: Commission on every deal you close + deal bonuses — uncapped. Revenue bonuses unlock once monthly targets are hit — details shared at offer stage.

What You'll Do

• Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to hotels, resorts, and corporates
• Follow up same day via WhatsApp and email to interested prospects
• Qualify prospects using a simple script
• Log every conversation in CRM (Bigin) and follow up consistently

You're a fit if you

• Have 1–2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience
• Speak confident English and Hindi
• Are comfortable with rejection and keep going anyway
• Have worked in hospitality, edtech, insurance, or any high-call-volume role
• Can join immediately and work from our Bangalore office

You're not a fit if you

• Need warm leads before picking up the phone
• Can't handle rejection and move on

What success looks like

₹40,000 in closed revenue by Month 1. ₹1,00,000 by Month 2. ₹1,50,000 by Month 3. ₹2,00,000 by Month 4 — that's steady state. Commission paid on every deal from day one. You own the deal from first call to close. The team only steps in only on high-ticket accounts.
