Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to handle inbound inquiries and telecalling activities for Hong Sau Resort. The ideal candidate should be able to convert leads into bookings, build strong customer relationships, and maximize resort occupancy through effective sales communication.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInbound SalesHandle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, website leads, and social media inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about resort rooms, villas, packages, amenities, events, and activities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
  • Follow up with interested guests to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain high conversion rates and guest satisfaction.
  • Telecalling & Outbound SalesContact potential customers from lead databases.
  • Promote stay packages, day outings, corporate events, team outings, weddings, birthdays, and special offers.
  • Generate new bookings through proactive calling.
  • Re-engage past guests and corporate clients for repeat business.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer database.
  • Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
  • Upsell premium rooms, adventure activities, food packages, and event services.
  • Identify opportunities for corporate tie-ups and group bookings.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain regular communication with prospective and existing guests.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
  • Collect guest feedback and share insights with management.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the booking journey.
  • Reporting & AdministrationUpdate CRM and lead management systems regularly.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and payments.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Track lead conversion and sales performance metrics.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, and/or other regional languages.
  • Strong telecalling and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach and positive attitude.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
  • QualificationGraduate or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in hospitality, resorts, hotels, travel, real estate, banking sales, or telecalling preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
