Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM

Responsibilities:

✅ Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries

✅ Assist customers with product details and order status

✅ Convert inquiries into sales orders

✅ Follow up with leads and existing customers

✅ Maintain customer records and update basic data

✅ Coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatch and delivery updates

✅ Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries politely

Requirements:

✔ Good communication skills in Hindi and English

✔ Kannada speaking is a plus

✔ Basic mobile and computer knowledge

✔ Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred

✔ Positive attitude and customer-friendly approaches
