Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Title: TelecallerJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting products/services, maintaining customer relations, and achieving sales or service targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
• Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or renewals.
• Maintain daily call reports and achieve set targets.
• Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support campaigns.
