Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Motivated and organised Telecaller cum computer operator to handle student enquiries, admissions. follow ups, and day to day computer based administrative work. Responsibilites :

1. Call Students and parents to explain DAMS Courses
2. Follow up with enquiries generated through phone, website , social media and walk in
3. convert leads to admissions
4. maintain call records and update enquiry status
5. Answer incoming calls and resolve basic student queries
6. send whatsapp, messages and course details
7. design brochures and pamplets

Computer operations

1. maintain student data accurately
2. generate reports using excel
3. generate google sheets
4. assist in class scheduling

working hours daily 8 hour duty fleible but preferred time is from 11 to 7 pm
