Vedant Solutions is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and multilingual skills, along with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally across phone, email, and chat platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries and provide support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain positive NPS through timely query resolution.
• Follow up with leads and support the admission process effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and support product/service improvements.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates.
• Provide exceptional customer support within defined SLA timelines.
• Support business development activities and contribute towards achieving company targets.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions/services.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 03 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Telecalling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual expertise preferred (English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, etc.).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience preferred.
