Telecaller

DYU Child Development Centre-HSR Layout, Bangalore: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM · 6 Days a Week

We are looking for a warm, empathetic, and proactive Telecaller / Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for parents seeking support for their child's development.

At DYU, we help children with developmental needs through multidisciplinary therapies (Speech, Occupational, Behavioral, Aqua Therapy & more). As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in guiding families on this important journey.

Key Responsibilities→

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with empathy and clarity.
• Explain our therapy services to parents.
• Convert enquiries into appointments.
• Schedule, confirm & follow-up on appointments.
• Maintain lead database and daily reports.
• Build trust and rapport with families.

What We're Looking For→

• Excellent communication skills (English + Kannada / Hindi / Tamil preferred).
• Empathy, patience & emotional intelligence.
• 1–3 years of telecalling / customer service experience (Healthcare background is a big plus).
• Basic computer skills (Excel + CRM).
• Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.

Location & Timings: HSR Layout, Bangalore · 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 days a week.
