Job Description

* Outbound Pitching: Call prospective leads to pitch Tata Capital loans and credit products.

* Customer Screening: Assess caller eligibility, income details, and borrowing needs.

* Application & KYC: Guide applicants through paperwork and collect required KYC documents.

* Target Delivery: Achieve monthly targets for disbursed loan volumes and conversion rates.

* CRM Updates: Maintain accurate call logs, dispositions, and follow-up schedules in the

CRM.
