 *Job Summary* 

TREKSBE Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

2. Explain property details and ongoing projects to clients.

3. Generate and qualify sales leads.

4. Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

5. Follow up with interested customers regularly.

6. Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.

 *Requirements* 

1. Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred.

2. Good communication skills in English, Hindi.

3. Basic computer knowledge.

4. Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

5. Positive attitude and convincing skills.
