Telecaller

About the Job:

We are a premium modular office furniture manufacturer. We need a confident and energetic Telecaller to be the voice of our factory. You will not be selling directly over the phone; your goal is to generate interest, share our digital catalogs, and book meetings for our field sales team.

What You Will Do:

●      Make 60+ outbound calls daily to Architects, Interior Designers, and Corporate Admin Managers.

●      Qualify incoming leads (from IndiaMart, JustDial, or our website).

●      Send company profiles, factory videos, and furniture catalogs via WhatsApp Business.

●      Schedule site visits or Bommasandra factory tours for our Business Development Managers.

●      Maintain a simple daily Excel/CRM sheet of who you called and the next follow-up date.

What We Need From You:

●      Language: Excellent spoken English, plus fluency in Kannada or Hindi.

●      Confidence: You must not be afraid of cold calling or hearing the word "no."

●      Experience: 6 months to 2 years in B2B telecalling, customer support, or lead generation. (Smart freshers with great communication skills can apply).

●      Skills: Basic MS Excel and comfortable using WhatsApp Business.
