Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential leads using provided databases and scripts to pitch company offerings.
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer product-related questions, and resolve complaints.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients, qualify their needs, and transfer promising opportunities to the sales team.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and account statuses in the CRM.
