Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking, insurance, or financial products.
- Handle customer queries and explain different financial services and plan benefits clearly.
- Convert leads into sales or successfully schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Follow pre-defined scripts and maintain professional call etiquette at all times.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and target requirements.
- Maintain accurate, updated records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM.
- Follow all company compliance guidelines and financial data security protocols.
