Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling & Outreach:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, partners, and leads to promote our products and services.
• Deliver clear and engaging promotional messages that highlight the benefits of our offerings.
• Effectively answer any questions, objections, or concerns raised by the recipient.
• Build rapport and maintain professionalism during all calls to create a positive brand impression.

1. Data Validation & Accuracy:

• Validate contact details and update the CRM or internal databases based on call outcomes.
• Ensure that accurate, updated, and relevant information is captured from each interaction.
• Correct any outdated or incorrect information, ensuring a clean and precise database.
• Categorize leads based on their potential and interest in our products/services.

1. Lead Qualification:

• Identify and qualify potential leads based on the predefined criteria during your conversations.
• Pass along qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
• Track, measure, and report the success of the outreach efforts and lead generation.

1. Follow-up Communication:

• Conduct timely follow-up calls or emails to nurture potential leads.
• Maintain regular communication with leads to keep them informed about new products, services, or events.
• Foster relationships with clients, providing additional information as necessary.

1. Reporting & Feedback:

• Provide detailed feedback to the management team regarding call outcomes, customer insights, and market trends.
• Maintain daily/weekly call logs and submit performance reports as needed.
• Suggest improvements for calling scripts or outreach strategies based on field experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive ability.
• Attention to detail, especially in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection in a professional manner.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in promotional calling, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
