Position: Telecaller Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Location: Bengaluru

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to enquiries for senior care services.
• Explain Belvaa Senior Care services, packages, and facilities to prospective clients and families.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions or service bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the admissions, operations, and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Schedule facility visits and meetings for prospective clients and families.
• Address customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly enquiry conversion and follow-up targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
