Telecaller

Core Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients using scripts to promote company offerings.
• Inbound Call Handling: Address incoming inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and process orders or appointments professionally.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Convert prospect interest into sales and follow up on leads.
• Database Maintenance: Update customer information accurately in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system after every interaction.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights, complaints, and suggestions to relay to relevant internal divisions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
