Telecaller

Handles outbound/inbound calls to generate leads, follow up, or support customers. Here's the core job description:

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Outbound calling*: Reach out to potential customers from provided leads/database to pitch products or services

- *Inbound handling*: Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and log customer info

- *Lead generation*: Qualify prospects and set up appointments for the sales team

- *Follow ups*: Call existing customers for renewals, feedback, collections, or upselling

- *Database management*: Update CRM with call outcomes, customer details, and remarks

- *Script adherence*: Follow calling scripts while handling objections professionally

*Skills Needed*

- Clear communication and strong phone etiquette

- Active listening and persuasion skills

- Basic computer knowledge for CRM/data entry

- Patience to handle rejections and irate customers

- Fluency in local language + Kannada,English/Hindi is usually preferred in Bangalore

*Common Requirements*

- 10th/12th fresher or 0-2 years experience
