Department: Customer Support / Operations / Backend Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a polite, professional, and detail-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to support, feedback, verification, or data collection. The role does not involve selling but focuses on communication, accuracy, and providing a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, surveys, or verification purposes
• Handle inbound calls regarding queries, service requests, or follow-ups
• Record accurate information and update customer records in the system
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
• Maintain call quality standards and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution
• Requirements :Prior experience in a telecalling, customer support, or BPO environment is preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi,Kannada,Telegu,Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry tools
• Ability to listen actively and handle calls professionally
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude
