Roles And Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound And Outbound calls From Database company leads.
- Explain Project Details, Facilities ,Abd Explaining the connectivity and highlighting the developments.
- Track all the customers interactions,feedback, followups and forward it to CRM
- Hand over Qualified ,Prospected leads to fiels executives in a sales funnel ensuring lead security.
