Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our residential rental real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking with property owners and rental clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call new and existing leads to understand their rental requirements.
• Contact property owners to collect details about available rental properties.
• Follow up with prospective tenants and property owners.
• Schedule property visits for clients with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Update lead status in Excel, CRM, or other tracking systems.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about available rental properties.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and property owners.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
• Good communication skills in Kannada. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome. Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
