• Generate consultation appointments by engaging potential patients over calls.
• Explain the benefits of hair transplantation, PRP, GFC, and other hair restoration treatments.
• Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate information regarding available treatments.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments with the clinic team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize appointment conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment generation targets.
• Ensure high-quality patient interaction and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with counselors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient onboarding.

Prepare daily reports on calls made, appointments booked, and lead status.
