Job Description
- ob ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan/EMI payments.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer interactions professionally while following company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalated collection cases.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Tele Collection, Telecalling, BPO, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
