Role Definition
Core Responsibilities:
Install digital locks in hotels and homes.
Perform door cutting, fitting, and lock programming.
Configure locks with hotel management software or home automation systems.
Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support.
Train clients on lock usage and battery replacement.
Skills:
Experience with hand tools and electrical wiring.
Knowledge of digital/electronic lock systems.
Ability to travel for on-site installations.
Customer service and communication skills.
