Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description – Sales & Marketing EngineerWe are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical support throughout the sales process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, references, online research, and other marketing activities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
• Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the technical, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders, payments, and after-sales requirements.
• Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and project sites as required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback for management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, product promotions, and customer meetings.
• Travel within assigned territories as required.
• Required QualificationsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Good technical knowledge with an interest in sales and marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet applications.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

ReportingThe selected candidate will report to the Head Office in Delhi and coordinate with the Department Head in Delhi.

Preferred Candidate ProfileA candidate who combines technical knowledge with strong communication and sales skills and is willing to build long-term customer relationships and develop new business opportunities will be preferred.
