Technical Engineer

You will be the technical authority for all waterproofing projects — from diagnosis and system selection to execution supervision and quality control.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep waterproofing expertise and strong field execution capability.

• Key Responsibilities Diagnose waterproofing failures and identify root causes
• Recommend suitable systems: PU, cementitious, APP/SBS membranes, crystalline, injection grouting, etc.
• Supervise site execution and labour teams.
• Ensure quality compliance and photo documentation.
• Handle technical client discussions and complex site inspections.
• Resolve warranty and leakage callback cases.
• Train and upskill applicators and site teams.
• Develop technical standards, checklists, and SOPs.
• Requirements Must Have7+ years of dedicated waterproofing experience
• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems and applications
• Hands-on experience in terraces, basements, bathrooms, tanks, and external walls
• Experience managing labour crews and site execution
• Ability to independently inspect, diagnose, and specify solutions
• Kannada & Hindi fluency
• Preferred Experience with companies like Fosroc, Dr. Fixit/Pidilite, Sika, BASF, or MYK Laticrete
• Civil Engineering degree/diploma
• Experience running a waterproofing contracting business is a plus
• Compensation₹12–18 LPA fixed (negotiable based on experience)
