Job Description

Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Residential Sales to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals in the residential real estate segment. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring team targets are consistently achieved.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of residential sales executives/property consultants.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Guide team members throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance review sessions.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up and conversion of company-provided qualified Google leads.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide updates to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
  • Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.
  • RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with a Channel Partner firm.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of the residential real estate market.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
